| Details: | STeP Conferences November 1st, 2018 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Students will be joining parents at the upcoming STeP (Student, teacher, parent) Conferences for their homeroom class as well as specialist classes. In alignment with our Reggio-inspired and student centered approach, we value parents as partners in their child’s learning and will involve the child in setting personalized learning goals for the year. Parents can sign up in the parent portal on Monday, October 15th at 8:00 am for an interview slot with their child’s homeroom teacher and the Specialist teachers. Sign up closes on October 31st by 3:00pm. Specialist teachers will be available to meet with parents who feel they wish to have personal contact with the teachers at this point in the year. They will have 5 minutes slots available which will serve as a brief personal introduction. If you have more than one child in the Junior School, parents will need to click on each child separately. There will be no school on Thursday November 1st, in order to accommodate a full day of STeP Conferences. Please contact the Junior School Office with any questions or concerns! Thank you! |
